
Jump Away Party Rentals – Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver
Thank you for choosing Jump Away Party Rentals! We’re excited to help make your event unforgettable. This agreement outlines important details to ensure a smooth, safe, and fun rental experience.
Rental Terms

Rentals are for one full day unless otherwise arranged.

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within Loop 1604. A small delivery fee may apply for locations outside of Loop 1604.

Equipment must not be moved after setup.

No food, drinks, sharp objects, confetti, glitter, silly string, gum, or face paint inside or near inflatables.
-
Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.
-
Renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow rules.
Delivery & Pickup

Please ensure the setup area is clean, flat, and free of debris before delivery.

A power outlet (110V) must be available within 50 feet of the setup location. If unavailable, a generator may be required at an extra cost.

If your rental includes a water slide or inflatable with water, you must provide a working garden hose that is at least 25 feet long and reaches the setup location. Please ensure your water is turned on and ready before we arrive.

Do not unplug the blower or move the inflatable after setup.

Renter or another adult (18+) must be present at delivery to sign and review safety instructions.

We’ll do our best to arrive within your preferred 2-hour delivery window, though times may vary slightly due to traffic or weather.

If pickup is delayed due to locked gates, no access, or no one being available, a late or overnight fee may apply.

We do our best to honor your preferred delivery window but will confirm the exact time one day before your event.

Weather & Rescheduling

If severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, etc.) is expected, we may cancel or reschedule the rental for safety.

If we cancel due to weather, your payment will be credited toward a future date.

If you need to reschedule due to weather, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds will be issued due to weather unless we determine it is unsafe to proceed.
Cancellations & Refunds

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

$25 of your payment is a non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel, the $25 deposit will be retained to cover preparation and scheduling costs.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
Cleaning & Damage Fees

Inflatables must be returned in good condition.
-
A $50 minimum cleaning fee may apply for excessive messes (e.g. mud, food, pet waste).
-
Additional fees will be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Liability Waiver
By signing below, the renter acknowledges and agrees:

I understand and accept the risks associated with use of inflatables and rental equipment.

I agree to supervise all participants and use the equipment safely and responsibly.
-
I release Jump Away Party Rentals from any liability for injuries, damage, or loss that may occur during the rental period.
-
I am responsible for the full replacement value of any lost or severely damaged equipment.
Photo Release

We may take photos of our setup at your event to use in our promotional materials or social media. We will never share identifiable images of guests without permission.

Please let us know if you'd prefer not to have photos taken.
