Cancellation Policy

At Jump Away Party Rentals, we’re excited to help you create unforgettable memories! Please review our policies before booking: Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your rental. A $25 non-refundable deposit is included in that amount to cover scheduling and prep. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel, the $25 deposit will be retained, but the remainder can be refunded or credited. If weather forces us to cancel, your full payment will be credited toward a future date. Delivery: Delivery, setup, and pickup are included for locations within Loop 1604. A small delivery fee may apply for areas outside of 1604. Please select your preferred 2-hour delivery window at checkout—we’ll confirm the exact time the day before your event. Waitlist: If a service is fully booked, you may join the waitlist.
